Yes.  Several times.  Deleted the gdbm's.  Restarted interchange.
Chanted a bit, burned some insence.  Sacrificed kittens.

Seriously, yes, I did.  I only get the methods 1DA, 2DA, GNDRES
and GNDCOM to show up in the pulldown on the checkout page.  (I
had to add GNDRES to country.txt to get that one to show up, but
it didn't work for the WCPU method I created.)
