Would it be too much to ask if you could e-mail or post a checkout page
which would do what you describe as well as allow the customer to choose
different payment options (credit card) along with the PayPal option?  Or
just the content part I could paste into the checkout.html page?

The problem I'm having is taking the parts that are already defaulted in the
checkout.html page content area that I want to keep (the form JavaScript and
form elements, the cookie recognition, account login, etc.) and integrating
them with the parts in your instructions that perform the functions you
mention above.
