[ic] IC Server is unavailable?!

LOL.... sorry, guess I did not explain it well.  You have to test the site
in all the browsers, however, the issue seems to be in the admin section.  I
have had it happen on several machines with more than one version of
Netscape.  Yes isolating the issue and repairing it is ideal, however short
term to get to the admin, IE works.
