[ic] error log messages

I'm running  ic 4.8.3  on Server Apache/ 1.3.26 (Unix), a shared virtual
host using cpanel
and I started getting these recently and haven't been able to match them in
the docs.
searched the mail archives, (and IMO the switch to google sucks, finding
archived MONTHS vs the actual message or thread is a waste of everyone's
time) but anyway does anyone recognize these and have a probable cause I can
attack?

Thanks for any pointers, links or even flames as long as they point to the
part of a doc I didn't read. (Yes I have all the pdf files from the IC
website)
