As I thought I said, I added it to the DEVEL branch of CVS.  Unless you
get that you don't have the code. The patch is not that trivial as
to pass it here -- I made a fair number of other changes at the same
time. 

If you want to fake it for a while, you can find the tag_options
subroutine  of Vend::Interpolate and add an "ORDER BY o_sort" to
the query there.
