[ic] Using an alternative Database and table to Userdb for authenticating users

Hi All

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I am using Interchange 4.8.3 with Postgresql 7.2

I have 2 different applications and I would like them both to share a single
database called Adam with a table call Eve, which includes customer
information inluding usernames and passwords. Since the default
Interchange catalogue uses a database called foundation with a table called
userdb, is it practical to change Interchange to use Dbase adam with Table
eve instead of foundation and userdb?

What would be the most practical way to do this or should I change the other
application to look at the interchange dbase and table?
Or should I maintain a separate DBase for each?

Thanks In advance

Tim
