You can get them from UPS.

In fact, if you call UPS, you can sign up for an account with them.  When
signing up for an account you will be able to be billed by invoice at the
end of the month for all your shipments.

They will send you a handy kit when you sign up, too!

What's everyone doing for UPS shipping tables? Is there an up-to-date
place where you can pull them off of UPS's website? Or are the default
tables that come with interchange near-correct?
