[ic] IC 4.6.5 and new item with UI

Hi list,

I've a curious behavior with adding a new item with UI and IC 4.6.5!
Sometimes, I've 47 fields of the new items instead of 48 fields.
I can't reproduce this misbehavior. It happens with the shop owner, who 
use the item_edit page.

Any suggestions, ideas and hints to try out the cause?
