Yeah, I meant: 

- ScriptAliasMatch ^/(.+) /usr/lib/cgi-bin/yourstore/$1

That works with:

FullURL Yes
Catalog passion /home/passion/passion www.passionshop.com

and Alias in Apache configuration for the image dirs etc.
