Maybe a stupid question but how give I commands.I am using the CP-5 
controlpanel on my server.But how give I commands. Example: I need to run 
makecat. readme file said:   Type: Run/makecat.    Do I do that in the file 
manager or the shell. And also how do I start interchange 4.8.5.
