[ic] not getting Administrative store after installing interchange

dear sir
I had installed Interchange. I am using Mysql;
I installed from tarball . I started server by 
#./interchange 
and public catalog by
#./makecat
I am getting the required public catalog page.
Now i want Administrative page as shown in demo..
What to do for that.?
