[ic] multiple domains

I have set up interchange on one domain ok but when I tried to set up a
second catalog for a different domain on the same server interchange won't
run.  makecat worked fine and also did bin/interchange -test and shows all
three catalogs test ok. on the second domain I do get the page with the
admin and cart links but when I try to click through to admin or the cart I
get page not found.

Can any one help me as to what I might be doing wrong?  Do I need to use the
full domain path in the interchange.cfg file?
