Another thing you can do is use the Wizard in the UI, and jump to the 
section on payment. Select 'PGP Encrypted Credit Cards' and then click 
next. If Interchange can read your public key, it will appear in a selector 
on the next screen. If not, then something is amiss - most likely IC cannot 
find or read the keyring.
