[ic] Custom Report Problem

Here's a problem that really has me pulling my hair out.
The custom report writer used to work great! We've had
no reason to create new reports in the last few months
until recently. Now, when we try to create a custom
report, or retrieve a saved definition, they are all
messed up.

No matter what database you select to run a report on,
you never get the select database option in the report
writer. The database field AND "edit as key for" fields
have the first database in the list selected with now
way to unselect it. In most cases this is 2ndDayAir
or access databases. Retrieving saved definitions produces
the same thing.

Today I updated to the latest CVS version and same result.
The happens in ALL catalogs, around 10 of them. Most catalogs
run with MySql. I even installed clean foundation demos. One
running default gdbm database and one under MySql. Same
results. This all running under RedHat 7.1.

There are no errors logged in the interchange or catalog
error files and nothing logged icdebug with debug turned
on.

Not sure at what point this problem started.
Missing or corrupt perl mod?
Anyone have ANY ideas what would cause this?
