Sorry about the premature send.  I'm going to guess that they either 
restart the server periodically and IC is failing to start properly for 
some reason, or IC is dying periodically, or you are using an SQL database, 
and their startup sequence is wrong (IC starts before the SQL 
daemon).  You'll need to press them to get a definitive answer, assuming 
they know what the problem is.
