The RPM is the thing that created the 5.6.1 directory.
I erased the Soap .55 RPM and it left barren 5.6.1
directories.  So the only version of perl that was on
the box is 5.6.0.  So I just decided to get the SOAP
.50 tar-gz and build and install it. So I guess the
real problem is why isn't IC finding it (from the
error above) since @INC is set correctly AND
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0/SOAP/Lite.pm
exists ?
