[ic] Can't Be Null Error From DPI.pm

Hey everyone,

I recently noticed I receive this error when I upgraded mySQL to 2.23.55
with InnoDB support. 

This occurs when a user attempts to add a new product through the admin
UI. If any field including the price field has an index within the
database and if no value is specified in the product entry form then a
"cannot be null" error will occur on line 1096 in the DBI.pm file. 

My IC database is using the MyIsam table types. I'm currently using IC
4.9.3. 

Any ideas?
