[ic] Survey: Expectations for ongoing support

This being my first e-commerce project, I'm wondering what to expect in
the amount of on-going support and what to charge for it. I'm working on
a relatively simple site for the moment. There will be a product catalog
of about 300 items that won't change much. In addition, there are about
500 accessories. Features include mailing lists, a parts replacement
reminder service, FAQs.

divulge anything if requested.
