[ic] Product images in 4.9.8 item editor

I just downloaded  the 4.9.8 tar file and install it ,to test and learn
before upgrade my  actual 4.8.7 catalogs  when the 5.0 version will be
available.

My first comment :
Good job from IC team developers !!

There is also a comment to the new item editor, I think is a very good idea
to  include the product images , but not always the items and thumb image
files name  are 'sku+.gif'

I think will be better if the file name is taken from products data base
