[ic] Interchange Matrix Options Bug?

Hi all,

I am having some problems using the one widget matrix options. When I have a
product with no matrix options it adds to the cart fine. When I try to add a
product that has matrix options it fails to add to the cart giving the error
message in the local logs like:
"sR5zXvzs:nobody - [18/July/2003:14:23:58 +0100] selecta
/catalog/selecta/order.html Attempt to order missing product code:
ap1-tartan-green-40"

Has any one come across this before? How do I go about fixing this? I am
using IC version 4.9.8.
