[ic] Interchange & Postgresql config

Hi,

Can anyone shed any light on how to integrate Interchange with Postgresql?
I am running IC 4.9 on Redhat 8 with Perl 5.8 and Postgresql 7.2.
The documentation isn't very clear, and trying to tie the two together using
makecat fails.
does anyone have some kind of reasonable structure to do this operation?
