That is correct. You should probably limit the session_id's or even IP
address' number of times that form can be used in a day or session.
Setting scratch vars can accomplish that.

Another piece of advice is to limit what the user can actually add to
that mail WRT free form text, as it may be "seen" as coming from your
business. Maybe even filter out vulgar language... like 'f**k' or 'php'
