[ic] Interchange working with INET

Yeah. After days of messing with UNIX mode install on a FreeBSD machine I
finally reconfigured via makecat choosing INET at 7786. Voila! It works
great. Seems that vlink was just not talking to interchange using a UNIX
mode regardless of permissions, SID.
