[ic] Install Problens

Hi,
 
I very new to intechange 4.8.7 , and I´m having a
problem installing it.
 
I have a REDHat 9 installed with apache 2 and perl
5.8.0.
 
When I run ./configure at the end of the script it
give a message like:

What is this? Is it a socket problem? My firewall is
totally flushed and it´s only masquerading. Where can
i find more informations about "inetmode and
unixmode"?
I have look in almost all mailing list but nothing
gives something like this.
