[ic] Tax or no tax depending on dealer or non-dealer

Hi all,

I would like to set up order process with no tax for only non-dealer 
user. Is this possibe? 
On the other hand, I need to calculate with tax on dealer price for 
dealers. Of course, this works well because Excellent Foundation demo 
have this functioonailty.

I set up delaer flag in userdb for dealer. I also retail prices and 
dealer prices in pricing table.
IC version is 4.8.7.

What is the smart way to do it?
Pricing data are from out of IC, so I would not like to change pricing 
table?
