[ic] Logging out causes shipping charges to disappear.

IC 4.9.6, redhat 8.

This is something I've just noticed on several of my sites - if you log in,
then log out, then place an order, the shipping doesn't get calculated. Has
anyone else seen this sort of behaviour? I tried doing [set
mv_shipmode]worldwide[/set] in my logout page, just after the userdb call to
log the client out, but to no avail. I only have the one shipping option in
my db, and I've set the DefaultShipping catalog directive too - although I
seem to recall reading somewhere that it was deprecated now... Any ideas?
