     Andy please bottom post as it makes following questions/answers much
easier when looking in the archives.

    You didn't say which version of IC you're using so I'll guess/assume 4.9
something.
Look around for a link 'Tables'   Should be in the top of the page.  Then
scroll down
to the bottom and you should see the mv_metadata link. Second page from
there
you should see the userdb::mail_list
