[ic] AuthorizeNet Transaction Key

Hello,

Since these instructions were written a long time ago:

I wanted to see if there was any new info on using an AuthorizeNet
transaction key instead of the regular password.  I havn't found any
documentation to suggest the IC code has changed to allow this by default,
so that's why I'm asking the list.
