[ic] A good interchange book? A walk through for 5.0?

An interchange book? would be nice, but doesn't exist. I've run into the
same problem and was pointed toward the Wiki documentation and this mailing
list. This list is good for asking questions, but I feel stupid asking some
of the simplest things, so I end up trudging through until I figure it out.
Or I ask Ed. Good luck!

Casey
