Hi Steve, well it depends on the consultant proposing the work. It could be
Ton, Racke, Kevin, but in this particular case it is Mike Heins of Perusion.
So, for example Ron and I logged into Perusion and paid them X dollars. Next
time, it might be Kevin, in which case we'd send Cursor Software money for
whatever.

AFAIK IC does not have some sort of generic contribution bucket, but I could be
wrong.
