[ic]headers and footers... multiplie images per item

I have been trying to edit some items in the header and foot options in IC
5.0 .... and so far I haven't been able to find where to edit this files or
page components... any idea where I can find them ?

Also.. I was wondering if I can have multiple images for the same item..as
in a front image, side image and misc..image... how would I add these into
the Create item section
