[ic] USPS id settings

Hi All,

I've got to setup interchange shipping using USPS as the default 
shipping method, not a problem, however while I've found where to enter 
the USPS id for doing the real-time rate lookups I'm wondering where one 
puts the password for this connection.

Can someone point me in the direction of that setting?
