Ignore my earlier question (2/27/05) about downloads not working on one 
of my catalogs because authorization was failing.  Today it is working. 
  Apparently, some small change I made before becoming exasperated 
required a restart of the server to take effect - although I can't 
imagine what that would be.  Interchange works! (But I'll keep my 
fingers crossed.)
