[ic] URGENT shippings disapear

Hi list,

During the course of this weekend we had a extended power failure, when the 
server restarted, everything seemed to be OK, the RAID reported that, but 
then I started getting complains that people couldnt put orders, when I 
checked all my shipping forms disapeard in thin air, I am no longer able to 
put orders and this is a production server with 4 catalogs, and every 
catalog is having the same problem...

How cxan I disable shippings in the checkout, so I can put orders without 
shipping?

Any clue?
