[ic] Username Length

IC 4.8.6


We've been having a few issues with users not being able to create an
account.
I think they may be trying to use a long username.

Does anyone know which file might have a check for maximum length allowed?
We are using a mysql database with varchar(16) defined field - I'm not to
concerned with the length - if could be a max of 40 it this value needs to
be set somewhere.
