[ic] Adding fields to Item-Inventory Admin Page

Hi, I have added a cogs table to allow for handling cost per build for
item inventory.  I wish to allow the cogs & build number to be set on
the Item Inventory Page. How do you add fields to this page? I don't
seem to be able to get to the meta editor throuhg that page.
