ALMOST what I need.

I have to charge $2 PER ITEM plus 5%

I would love for it to show up in the tax field.  I did see that  
there is a way to enter a calculation for each region's tax.  I  
didn't know if there was a way to say something like:
  "($2*quantity) + (.05*subtotal)"
