Interchange community,

Today the Interchange Development Group welcomes David Christensen to its 
core team. David has been developing websites with Interchange since 2006, 
and in the last year or so has become increasingly involved in core 
development, including UTF-8 support, testing, and troubleshooting. We're 
pleased to now have David as a committer. Drop by #interchange on Freenode 
IRC and congratulate him, and try to stump him with thorny Git questions 
while you're there. :)
