If I'm understanding your situation correctly: When upgrading Interchange, 
you shouldn't necessarily change your catalog. That is, you want to 
upgrade Interchange the application server, but your catalog (application) 
is yours, and you can't change out catalog.cfg without likely breaking 
things. It should work fine with your old catalog.cfg.
