[ic] How to revert mv_metadata.asc

Hi All,

I have a 5.6 site where admin can not upload product images.  It says

/cgi-bin/nb/admin/item_edit logo.gif is not a file (does form allow file
upload?).

Other 5.6 sites on same server have several tabs including Images when
editing items, while this site has no tabs.  I suspect that this site's
mv_metadata.asc is related to this problem, but copying that file from
another site does not work.
