Interparcel is a "virtual" shipping company in the UK which effectively 
aggregates a number of other shippers: DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex, Yodel, Citylink, 
Hermes. Their rates are quite good so they are worth using.

interparcel_update.tag will create a database of all their shipping methods to 
both the UK and abroad, by querying live rates from their server. It can also 
update an existing database, either all destinations or a given list of 
country codes. It will create the dbconf/mysql configuration files and add 
entries into shipping.asc.

interparcel.tag will then read these rates, though it may optionally get live 
rates from their server if you wish.

interparcel_track.tag will track shipping for any of the companies used by 
Interparcel using the tracking number supplied by Interparcel.
