[ic] How to do rotating message of the day in interchange

I would like to build a message of the day table and have the daily 
message included in my main webpage as well as in selected sub-pages.


Any suggestions on how to quickly and easily do this are well appreciated


Example:

Day of Week        Message     Message 2

1                            This is Day 1 of 7 in this week     This is
