Hi, Margus.

Yes, Interchange supports IPv6 addresses in session keys.

Support was added in 2011 in this commit: https://github.com/interchange/interchange/commit/af5c7d10f7ff5e52896d97396904f454d4a718ef

And various improvements were made over the years. It has been stable since this commit in 2014: https://github.com/interchange/interchange/commit/38090de9a35ebc9fad304991c05489bd20164317

I just checked a couple of public ecommerce sites that run Interchange when visiting from an IPv6 address and confirmed it works well there.
