I use
Arachnophilia (Windows only). It's free (great license). It is not WYSIWYG, and
not as powerful as many (e.g. no click on a tag to edit it in a dialog box), bit
it is very customizable so you can add macros to insert Minvend tag templates.
It has a HTML formatter that checks syntax and indents everything to make it
easier to find syntax errors. Best of all, the formatter doesn't mess up the
Minvend tags if you use <a href="[area ]"> rather than [page ]
(I think it like to see an <a> </a> pair). And, it has an integrated
FTP client that only uploads files that have changes.

(You should include a
subject next time.)
I my case I have to delete the original file from the
server before I can upload the changed page via FTP. My server does
not allow a replace action, just create and delete. That may be your
problem.
As for using FrontPage or any other HTML editor, I'll
throw this question out to the rest of the mail list. "Has anyone
had any success editing MV html with HTML editors?" I've had to
redo so many pages after they were edited with a HTML editor that I have
banned anything but plain-text editors like 'notepad' and 'vi' for editing
pages. Is this the general consensus?
I'm trying
to edit the demo page. (artstore)
How can I
edit the leftside file?
I edit it
with front page al ftp back but it look like any
change.
Thanks,
