(Solution) Shipping calc after Discounts and Tax

To all,
This is a solution posting for the shipping calc problem I queried the
list about yesterday. Ryan gave me the kick in the right direction with
"You can use any criteria in your shipping.asc". This is spelled out in
the docs, I just missed it the first hundred readings;-) From docs
"Valid MiniVend tags can be placed in the field to do a dynamic
lookup--if a number is returned, that is used as the accumulated
criteria--that is the total weight, quantity, or price as applied to all
items in the shopping cart." I changed the shipping.asc criteria field
from price to [calc][subtotal noformat=1]+[salestax noformat=1][/calc].
