Cannot get past INDEX.HTML

Hi.

I am a newbie user, so please, understand that you need to explain stuff
as if you are explaining it to a child. ;)

I can install the demo store 'simple' with no problem.  But, I cannot
enter it after the first splash page.  I tried looking through the
archives, but with little success.  This is what I get.

I click the Enter the Store link...
(http://next.nexttech.com/cgi-bin/simple/noframes) and get in return a
FILE NOT FOUND.  Any ideas why?
