locale.asc is an ASCII text file, you can edit it with any text editor
first row is the field names, separated by TABS
If you have windows and msaccess you can edit it in there and export
to text, or download minimate.
Here is a few lines, I have replaced the TABS with a # because they will
probably get lost in an email
key#en_UK#en_US#fr_FR#de_DE
PriceDivide#1#.6147#.35328#.1053
mon_decimal_point#.#.#,#,
mon_thousands_sep#,#,##.
currency_symbol#£#$#FF#DM
ps_cs_precedes#1#1#0#0
frac_digits#2#2#2#2
p_sep_by_space#0#0#1#1
Country###Pays#Land
hello#Hello#Hi#Bonjour!#Guten Tag
so you could add a column ru_RU and add your translations
have fun
Bye :-)=
