Hello. I'm new to MiniVend too. I'm
currently using the latest version 3.14-3.
***** My MINIVEND SETUP on a central
host serving individual domain stores ****
1) Main minivend
engine.... /usr/home/minivend/catalogs/NELSON/...ect
2) My own store....
/usr/home/NELSON/store/
3) Also minivend program in my
cgi-bin /usr/home/NELSON/cgi-bin/store
**** I GET SAME INTERNAL ERROR ****

from the shopping cart page, the
"continue shopping" button generates an "Internal
Server Error".

The only thing I changed from
the working demo verion is:
added a field to products
database. I called it zoom .... for close up
images.
This caused the "continue
shopping" error from the "shopping cart" screen.
**** ATTEMPTS TO FIX IT ****
I've run "re-configure"
- no errors.
I checked products.asc
- new field "zoom" does exist (auto export was enabled)
**** QUESTIONS ****
1. Is there
something else that needs to be changed when adding a new field?
2. If so, does
this apply to all other minivend databases as well? ... userdb, pricing,
ect.
Please help if you got some ideas.
I've had too many all-nighters and way too much
coffee! ;-)
