RE: [mv] changing __LEFTHANDSIDE__

****** message to minivend-users from Michael James <mwjames@ak.planet.gen.nz> ******

Thanks,

I now have in my one click search
va=new_lefthandside=healthlefthandside (which is my new lefthandside)
then in results.html I replace __LEFTHANDSIDE__ with [include
file="pages/[value new_lefthandside]]
Works like a treat.

I then realised that when I did a one click search using the artist link
that comes up in results.html I did not have a new_lefthandside variable.

To cover this and any other instances where I had left out the
new_lefthandside I tried
[if value new_lefthandside=""]
	__LEFTHANDSIDE__
[else]
	[include file="pages/[value new_lefthandside]]
[/else]
[/if]

The intention being to make __LEFTHANDSIDE__ the default.

Anyway all I get is [/else] [/if] displayed twice on the page and no
lefthand side
The [if value new_lefthandside=""]
	__LEFTHANDSIDE__
[/if]
Works on its own and the include statement works on its own.

Any thoughts.

Cheers
Michael

See my other post about using [include file=your_leftside_file]
