Re: [mv] How does minivend know which table to use

****** message to minivend-users from "Regina Zuccolillo" <regina@cyberia.net.py> ******

I don't know if this applies for SQL users too, (im not) but I had the same
problem, and realized I was creating my aditional databases as root, so I
chown to the minivend user (in my case "comercio") and worked very well.
Check the permissions, must be the same as products.asc
In the catalog.cfg I defined a new line for each new database like this
Database new_products new_products.asc TAB
Database new_products2 new_products2.asc TAB
ProductFiles new_products new_products2 products

Thats it.
Ah! I remember Mike also gave this tag [loop-field column] != [loop-data
products column]
it's helpful when you do not want mv to search the products.asc database.

Hope it helps you. By the way, as this is one of the FAQs, wouldnt be
interesting to copy-paste it to the FAQ section?

Gina
